• Delivery Time:

Samples order : 7-10 days if there have stock

Bulk order / wholesale order / custom orders:20-25 days after receiving deposit

• How about payment?

30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, pay by T/T, Paypal

• How to ship the jewelry?

We usually ship by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT, it takes around 3-7 days, if you have any special requirements pleas advise before shipment.

• How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Order will be shipped once receiving balance, we will send you tracking number, you can follow up delivery status by tracking number.

• Return Policy:

If any defective after receiving items, please contact us withing 7 days.
